Annual Golf Tournament
Join us on the course for a day that’s bigger than golf. The Mike Tilley Nation Foundation Annual Golf Tournament brings together friends, families, and supporters to champion a cause that urgently needs a louder voice: young‑onset colorectal cancer awareness and early detection.
This inspiring event honors the life and legacy of Mike Tilley, whose courage and determination continue to fuel the foundation’s mission. Every swing, every sponsorship, and every shared moment helps drive education, advocacy, and life‑saving outreach for individuals under 45 who are facing rising rates of colorectal cancer.
Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just here for the camaraderie, you’ll be part of a powerful movement to spread awareness, support families, and push for earlier screening. Come enjoy a meaningful day on the greens—and help us make a lasting impact for those who need it most. Typically held the last weekend of August in Lancaster, PA.​

Advocacy Events
The Mike Tilley Nation Foundation is hitting the road and taking our mission straight into the heart of the community. At concerts, street festivals, and sporting events across the region, our team is showing up with one goal: to make early detection of young‑onset colorectal cancer impossible to ignore.
At each event, attendees can stop by our booth and premium portable restroom to pick up a free FIT test—a simple, at‑home screening tool that can help catch colorectal cancer early, when it’s most treatable. Our volunteers and advocates will also be on hand to share clear, accessible information about the early symptoms of young‑onset colorectal cancer.
Together, we’re turning crowds into communities of advocates—and saving lives through education, action, and early detection.
